Road Access Entry Permit for Deer and/or Elk

Instructions:

  • To apply you must be a registered hunter with WDFW disability status, have a permanent lower extremity mobility impairment, AND either meet WAC 232-12-825(1)(a), or RCW 46.19.010(1)(a-j), or unable to walk more than 200 feet.
  • Have your Disabled Hunter Permit number available.
  • You do NOT have to buy your license or tags first to apply for these Road Access Entry Permits, you only need to be a registered hunter with a disability and have your Disabled Hunter Permit number available.
  • Enter the number listed under the “Entry Number” column. Number will start with a D or E.
  • You must submit your entry permit online or mail by July 31, 2014.
  • ONLY ONE ENTRY FOR DEER AND/OR ELK ARE ALLOWED. MULTIPLE ENTRIES WILL BE DELETED.
  • The successful hunters will be notified no later than August 31, 2014.
