Fred Madison SATURDAY, AUGUST 28: Chair Roehl called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. Ross Fuller and Jim Scott gave a brief overview of the steelhead status and the proposed permanent amendments to WAC 232-12-619, Permanent Washington statewide game fish rules, and WAC 232-28-619, Washington food fish and game fish--freshwater exceptions to statewide rules. Seventy-seven individuals provided oral testimony on the proposed amendments during the meeting. The Commission will consider adoption of the permanent amendments at its September 2, 2004, meeting, which takes place via telephone conference call. No public input will be allowed during the call. Chair Roehl adjourned the meeting at 2:15 p.m.
