RECENT ACTIVITIES:
Commissioners and Director Koenings discussed recent activities and items of interest.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:
At 9:43 a.m., the Commission went into Executive Session to discuss the salary of a public employee, and to discuss the applicants seeking to become a member of the Commission's Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilities.

At 9:55 a.m., the Commission came back into session.

Commissioner Cahill moved, seconded by Commissioner Van Gytenbeek, to raise the WDFW Director's salary to $115,000 annually, retroactive to November 1, 2003. The motion carried unanimously.

Commissioner Hunter moved, seconded by Commissioner Van Gytenbeek, to approve the WDFW Director's 2004 goals. The motion carried unanimously.

Commissioner Cahill moved, seconded by Commissioner Hunter, to appoint Andrew Warber from Aberdeen, Washington, to the Commission's Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilities. The motion carried unanimously.

WDFW Director's Salary

- Motion by Cahill, second by Van Gytenbeek, to raise the WDFW Director's salary to $115,000 annually, retroactive to November 1, 2003. The motion carried unanimously.

WDFW Director's 2004 Goals

- Motion by Hunter, second by Van Gytenbeek, to approve the WDFW Director's 2004 goals. The motion carried unanimously.

Commission's Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilities

- Motion by Cahill, second by Hunter, to appoint Andrew Warber from Aberdeen, Washington, to the Commission's Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilities. The motion carried unanimously.
