Hunter Fred Shiosaki Commission Staff: Public Susan Yeager None PETITION TO AMEND WAC 232-28-248 - DIAHN STETNER: Commissioner Cahill moved, seconded by Commissioner Ozment, to accept Diahn Stetner's Petition to Amend WAC 232-28-248, Special closures and firearm restriction areas. The motion to accept the Petition failed. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Because of a lack of a quorum at this point of the conference call, the Minutes will be considered for approval at the February 6-7, 2004, Commission Meeting in Olympia. RECENT ACTIVITIES: Commissioners and Jim Lux discussed recent activities and items of interest.
