Chair Ozment called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.

Commissioners, Director Koenings, Deputy Director Peck, Dick Thompson (Thompson Consulting), and Kent Kingman (Kingman & Associates) discussed strategic planning, Commission effectiveness, and legislative/governmental training.

Chair Ozment adjourned the meeting at 4:25 p.m.
