CONFERENCE CALL September 24, 1998 - 8:00 AM Olympia, Washington ATTENDANCE: Commission Department Lisa Pelly, Chair Larry Peck, Acting Director Russ Cahill Don Heinicke John McGlenn Public Will Roehl Brad Rafish, TKW Bob Tuck Dick Hill, TKW Ben Adkins, TKW Commission Staff Debbie Nelson (The Commission and the Acting Director meet via conference telephone call the second and fourth Thursday of every month at 9:00 a.m.) Commissioners and Acting Director Peck discussed recent activities and items of interest. Brad Rafish, Dick Hill, and Ben Adkins from Talbot, Korvola and Warwick (TKW) briefed the Commission on the results of TKW's review of the Department's management practices and financial operations. The Finance and Operations Committee will develop a strategy for release of the TKW document to the public. All Commissioners will be kept informed as progress is made. Acting Director Peck will advise the Commission of the status of the Department's 1997-98 annual report. dpn
