Gary L. Douvia was appointed to the Commission on January 15, 2007. He has served as Vice Chair since January 2009.
Gary is Senior Vice President at D.A. Davidson & Company, a financial consulting firm. He is the former president of the Colville Chamber of Commerce, the former board president of the Foundation for the Community Colleges of Spokane, and a former member of the Rotary Clubs in Spokane and Colville.
An avid hunter and fisherman, Gary is a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Safari Club International. Gary and his wife, Pamela, live in Kettle Falls.
