PROPOSED LAND TRANSACTIONS:
Dan Budd presented the Department's request for approval
of numerous proposed land transactions.
Commissioner Van Gytenbeek moved, seconded
by Commissioner Pelly, to approve:
-- Sale of 6.28 acres of surplus Department property
(known as the Yakima Hatchery), excluding water rights,
in Yakima County to the Yakima Air Terminal, City
of Yakima and Yakima County for $383,000;
-- Acquisition of the 246.86-acre Talmo, Incorporated
property in Klickitat County for $255,000; and
-- Acquisition of the 3.4-acre Banks property in
Jefferson County for $50,000.
The
motion carried unanimously.
