MEETING MINUTES

CONFERENCE CALL
November 22, 2000 - 10:30 a.m.

Deputy Director Peck and Jim Lux presented the Department's recommendation of approval of the Office of Financial Management's required 4 percent General Fund-State budget reduction for the 2001-2003 biennium.

Commissioner Pelly moved, seconded by Commissioner Reynolds, to accept the Department's proposed 4 percent reduction.

Commissioner Cahill moved, seconded by Commissioner Roehl, to amend the motion to substitute $10,000 in proposed reductions in the Business Services Program with a $10,000 reduction in Commission travel expenses. The motion to amend the motion carried unanimously.

The motion, as amended, carried unanimously.
