DUPLICATE LICENSE FEE STRUCTURE:
Department staff briefed the Commission on the Duplicate
Licensee Fee Structure, and requested authority for
the Director to repeal WAC 220-55-20000A.
Commissioner Ozment moved, seconded
by Commissioner Van Gytenbeek, to delegate to the
Director the authority to repeal WAC 220-55-20000A,
Interim Hunting and Fishing License. The motion
to delegate authority to the Director carried unanimously. (Commissioner White was absent during discussion and
vote on the motion.)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Commissioner Van Gytenbeek moved, seconded
by Commissioner Shiosaki, to approve the Minutes of
the following:
- January 18, 2002 Commission workshop
- April 4, 2002 Commission conference
call
- April 18, 2002 Commission conference
call
- May 16, 2002 Commission conference
call.
The motion to approve the
Minutes carried unanimously. (Commissioners
Tuck and White were absent during discussion and vote
on the motion.)
RECENT ACTIVITIES:
Commissioners and Director Koenings discussed recent
activities and items of interest.
