FISH AND WILDLIFE COMMISSION
CONFERENCE CALL
November 6, 2003

WHEN: Thursday, November 6, 2003, at 9:00 a.m.
WHAT:
  1. PETITIONS FOR ADOPTION OR REPEAL OF WAC RULES - GRAHAM WILLMORE:
    • The Commission will consider a Petition for Adoption of a new rule defining the term "diversion device".

    • The Commission will consider Petitions to Repeal certain provisions of the Hydraulics Code: WAC 220-110-201(2); WAC 220-110-201(4); WAC 220-110-201(5); WAC 220-110-201(6); WAC 220-110-201(11); WAC 220-110-202; WAC 220-110-203; and WAC 220-110-205.

    • The Commission will consider a Petition to Repeal the small-scale mining rules: WAC 220-110-200 through WAC 220-110-209.

  2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
    The Commission will review and consider approving the minutes of the October 3-4, 2003, workshop, and October 16, 2003, conference call.

  3. DISCUSSION:
    Available Commissioners and the Director will discuss recent activities and items of interest.
WHERE: The meeting will take place via conference telephone call. The public may listen to the discussion via speakerphone at the Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural Resources Building, Commission Office, Fifth Floor, 1111 Washington Street SE, Olympia. No public input will be accepted.
