FISH AND WILDLIFE COMMISSION
CONFERENCE CALL April 29, 2004
WHEN:
Thursday, April 29, 2004, at 9:00 a.m.
WHAT:
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1)(i), the Commission
will meet in Executive Session to discuss with
legal counsel representing the agency potential
litigation to which the agency is or is likely
to the become a party. The public will not be
allowed to attend the Executive Session.
PETITION TO AMEND WAC 232-12-619; CITY
OF FORKS, et al
The Commission will consider a petition for
rule amendments from the City of Forks, et al,
to the statewide game fish rules. Petitioners
seek to amend steelhead harvest rules to allow
retention of wild steelhead on various rivers.
COMMISSION DISCUSSION
Available Commissioners and Department staff
will discuss general items of interest, including
drafting responses to recent correspondence.
WHERE:
The meeting will take place via conference telephone
call. The public may listen to the discussion, except
during executive session, via speakerphone at the
Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural Resources
Building, Commission Office, Fifth Floor, 1111 Washington
Street SE, Olympia. No public input will be accepted.
