  1. 2003-2005 SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET REQUEST -- DECISION:
    The Commission will consider approving the Department's supplemental operating and capital budget requests for submitting to the Governor and 2005 Legislature.

  2. PROPOSED COUGAR MANAGEMENT RULES -- BRIEFING:
    Department staff will review modifications to proposed new section WAC 232-28-285, 2004-2005 Pilot cougar hunting seasons with the aid of dogs. The WDFW and five county commissioners recently agreed to the changes, and the Commission will consider adoption of rule proposals to implement the pilot program at its October 1-2, 2004, workshop in Olympia.

  3. KLICKITAT HATCHERY/FISHWAY TRANSFER - BRIEFING:
    Department staff will brief the Commission on a proposal to transfer real title for the Klickitat Hatchery real estate and operation of the fishways to the Yakama Nation. The Commission will consider approval of the transfer at its October 1-2, 2004, workshop in Olympia.

  4. GENERAL DISCUSSION
    Available Commissioners and Department staff will discuss recent activities and items of interest.

The public may listen to the discussion via speakerphone at the Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural Resources Building, Room 172, first floor, 1111 Washington Street SE, Olympia. No public input will be accepted during the call.
