PROPOSED LAND TRANSACTION -- DECISION:
Dan Budd and Mark Schumock (Assistant Attorney General)
presented one proposed land transaction for the Commission's
consideration and approval.
Commissioner Shiosaki moved, seconded by Commissioner
Perry, to approve acceptance of a 40-acre parcel of ground
on the Oak Creek Wildlife Area in Yakima County in settlement
of a disputed land claim.
The motion carried
unanimously.
GENERAL DISCUSSION:
Commissioners and the Director Koenings discussed recent
activities and items of interest.
