CONFERENCE CALL

- REDUCTION OF COMMERCIAL GREEN STURGEON MAXIMUM
SIZE LIMIT RULES -- BRIEFING:
Department staff will brief the Commission on proposed
rule amendments that would set the statewide maximum
size limit on green sturgeon at 60 inches in the commercial
fishery. The Commission will consider action at its
June 9-10, 2006, Commission meeting in Wenatchee.

- SPORT FISHING RULE CONSOLIDATION -- BRIEFING:
Department staff will brief the Commission on rule
proposals that would consolidate sport fishing rules,
except for fishing contests. This is a housekeeping
measure for ease of locating rules within the WAC.
The Commission will consider action at its June 9-10,
2006, Commission meeting in Wenatchee.

- C. GOLD MINERS' RALLY -- BRIEFING:
Department staff will brief the Commission on the
Department's involvement in the August 2006 gold miners'
rally at Oroville.\

- GENERAL DISCUSSION:
Available Commissioners and the Director will discuss
recent activities and items of interest.
LOCATION: The meeting will take place
via telephone conference call. The public may listen
to the discussion via speakerphone in the Commission
Office at the Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural
Resources Building, 5th floor, 1111 Washington Street
SE, Olympia. No public input will be accepted.
