PETITION TO REPEAL WACS AND ADOPT NEW WACS:
Commissioner Roehl moved, seconded by Commissioner
Solomon, to direct the Department to initiate the rule-making
process on gold and fish rules as expeditiously as possible. The motion carried unanimously.
GENERAL DISCUSSION:
