RELIC SHELLS - RULE BRIEFING
Morris Barker presented proposed rule amendments to WAC 220-20-025, General provisions-Shellfish, and WAC 220-56-129, Unclassified freshwater invertebrates and fish, that would allow the public to collect limited amounts of relic shells for personal use without the need to obtain a scientific collection permit.
No oral testimony on the proposed rule amendments was received during the conference call.

Commissioners and Director Koenings discussed recent
activities and items of interest.
