FISH AND WILDLIFE COMMISSION
CONFERENCE CALL
Friday, November 17, 2006, 8:30 a.m.

1. RELIC SHELLS - RULE ACTION:
   The Commission will consider adopting permanent rule amendments to allow limited, non-commercial collection of relic shells:

   WAC 220-20-025, General provisions - Shellfish, and
   WAC 220-56-129, Unclassified freshwater invertebrates and fish

   - GREEN SHEET - Relic Shells - PDF format

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
   The Commission will consider approval of minutes from its Oct. 20, 2006, conference call, and Nov. 3-4, 2006, meeting in Vancouver, Washington.

3. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
   Available Commissioners and the Director will discuss recent activities and items of interest.

LOCATION: The meeting will take place via telephone conference call. The public may listen to the discussion via speakerphone in the Commission Office at the Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural Resources Building, 5th floor, 1111 Washington Street SE, Olympia. No public input will be accepted during the call.
