PROPOSED LAND TRANSACTION
The Commission will consider approval of a 44.86-acre
property for the South Padilla Bay and Telegraph Slough
project in Skagit County. At its Dec. 8-9, 2006, Commission
meeting, the Commission continued action to the Jan.
12-13, 2007, Commission meeting. Due to the offer
expiring Jan. 4, 2007, the Commission voted during
its regular conference call meeting on Dec. 15, 2006,
to call this special meeting for the specific purpose
of taking action on the above proposed land transaction.
