Chair Gutzwiler called the conference call to order
at 4:05 p.m.
TRIPLOID TROUT DISTRIBUTION - DECISION:
Bob Gibbons presented for Commission approval additional
lakes for the 2007 triploid trout stocking plan.
Commissioner Shiosaki moved, seconded by Commissioner
Perry, to approve the Department's revised 2007 triploid
trout stocking plan depending upon the availability
and approval to purchase triploid trout from Nisqually
Trout Farm. The motion carried unanimously.
LEGISLATIVE SESSION UPDATE:
Tom Davis and Commissioners discussed the status of
and Commissioner viewpoints on legislation related to
the conservation and management of fish and wildlife
resources in Washington State.
GENERAL DISCUSSION:
Commissioners and Department staff discussed recent
activities and items of interest.
Chair Gutzwiler adjourned the conference call at 5:40
p.m.
