FISH AND WILDLIFE COMMISSION
CONFERENCE CALL
Time: 8:30 a.m.
Date: Friday, June 15, 2007

  1. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
    Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(h), the Commission will meet in executive session to evaluate the qualifications of candidates for appointment to the Commission's Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilities. The Executive Session is closed to the public, and no action will take place during the Executive Session. The Commission will resume in open session to take any action.

  2. SPECIAL MEETING DATES -- DECISION:
    The Commission will review and select special meeting date(s) to discuss strategic planning and budget development.

  3. AUGUST COMMISSION MEETING PLANNING:
    The Commission will discuss potential agenda topics for the August 2 special meeting with the Conservation Commission, and for the August 3-4, 2007, regular meeting; both taking place in Anacortes.

  4. PRIVATE LANDOWNER PERMITS -- RULE BRIEFING:
    Department staff will review proposed housekeeping changes to WAC 232-12-295, Landowner Hunting Permits, and will request that the public hearing and final action on proposed rules be set for the August 3-4, 2007, meeting in Anacortes.

  5. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
    Available Commissioners and Department staff will discuss recent activities and items of interest.

*LOCATION: The meeting will take place via telephone conference call. The public may listen to the discussion -- except during executive session -- via speakerphone in the Commission Office at the Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural Resources Building, 5th floor, 1111 Washington Street SE, Olympia. Public input will not be accepted during the call.
