PILOT COUGAR HUNTING SEASONS WITH THE AID
OF DOGS – RULE BRIEFING:
Department staff will brief the Commission on proposed
amendments to WAC 232-28-285, 2007-2008 Pilot cougar
hunting seasons with the aid of dogs, which would
implement ESHB 1756, passed by the 2007 Legislature.
The Commission will hold a public hearing on these
rule proposals during its November 2-3, 2007, Commission
meeting in Chelan; immediately followed by consideration
of permanent rule adoption.

GENERAL DISCUSSION:
Available Commissioners and Department staff will
discuss recent activities and items of interest.
*LOCATION: The meeting will take place
via telephone conference call. The public may listen
to the discussion via speakerphone in the Commission
Office at the Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural
Resources Building, 5th floor, 1111 Washington Street
SE, Olympia. No public input will be accepted during
the call.
