CONFERENCE CALL

WHAT:
A. 2009-2011 BUDGET DEVELOPMENT / FUNDING SOURCES
– Briefing:
Joe Stohr, Deputy Director – Operations, will review
the status of the Department’s 2009-2011 budget proposal
development and strategic planning process, including
ideas for new funding sources.
B. DEPARTMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEES, PROPOSED
POLICY – DISCUSSION:
The Commission and Department staff will discuss development
of a new Commission policy to guide the Department
in the management and use of citizen advisory committees.
C. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
Available Commissioners and the Department staff will
discuss recent activities and items of interest, including
a North of Falcon process update, the May 2-3 Commission
meeting agenda, filling the Region 5 vacancy on the
Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilities,
and potential topics and dates for Commission special
work sessions that may be scheduled this summer.
*WHERE: The meeting will take place via
telephone conference call. The public may listen to
the discussion via speakerphone in the Commission Office
at the Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural Resources
Building, 5th floor, 1111 Washington Street SE, Olympia.
No public input will be accepted during the call.
