WHAT:
A. UPCOMING commission MEETINGS – DISCUSSION
& DECISION:
Available Commissioners and Department staff will
discuss plans for upcoming Commission meetings, including:
June 6-7, 2008: preliminary agenda items
for the meeting in Ocean Shores and plans for Mt.
St. Helens Wildlife Area tour on June 5;
July 18-19, 2008: public hearings on proposed
cougar hunting rule amendments (the Commission may
consider changing the date, time, and/or location
of the regular meeting currently scheduled for July
18-19, 2008, in Spokane); and
Summer: Special meeting dates and agenda
items.
B. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
Available Commissioners and the Department staff will
discuss recent activities and items of interest, including
updates on Columbia River sea lion mortality and communications
planning.
*WHERE: The meeting will take place via
telephone conference call. The public may listen to
the discussion via speakerphone in the Commission Office
at the Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural Resources
Building, 5th floor, 1111 Washington Street SE, Olympia.
No public input will be accepted during the call.
