WHAT:

A. DEPARTMENT’S 2009 LEGISLATIVE PROPOSALS – DECISION:
Commissioners will consider approval of the Department’s 2009 Legislative Proposal package for submittal to the Office of Financial Management by September 1, 2008. Staff briefed the Commission on this package at the August 8-9, 2008, Commission meeting in Lynnwood.

B. SUMMARY OF COMMISSION REQUESTS:
The Commissioners will review the current list of Commission requests to the Department and consider new requests. This item was postponed from the August 8-9, 2008, Commission meeting in Lynnwood.

C. JOHNSON/DEBAY’S SLOUGH GAME RESERVE – FOLLOW-UP:
Department staff will update the Commission on follow-up action and developments related to the Commission’s adoption of amendments to WAC 232-16-800, Johnson/Debay’s Slough Game Reserve, during the August 8-9, 2008,Commission meeting in Lynnwood.

D. COMMISSION COMMITTEE REPORTS:
The Commissioners will discuss activities of the various Commission committees. This item was postponed from the August 8-9, 2008, Commission meeting in Lynnwood.

Available Commissioners and Department staff will discuss recent activities and items of interest.
