The Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission will meet via telephone conference call to discuss personnel issues.

TIME:	4:30 p.m., Call to Order
DATE:	Monday, December 1, 2008
PLACE:	NATURAL RESOURCES BUILDING 1111 Washington Street S.E. Fifth Floor, Fish and Wildlife Commission Office Olympia, Washington 98501

Following "Call to Order," the Commission is expected to go directly into Executive Session.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Commission will meet in Executive Session from 4:30-5:30 p.m. to review the performance of a public employee or employees, pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1)(g). No action will be taken during the executive session, and the public is not permitted to listen to the executive session.

PERSONNEL ACTION: At the conclusion of the executive session, the Commission may meet in open public session to consider the performance of a public employee or otherwise take personnel action. *The public may listen to this portion via speakerphone in the Commission Office at the Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural Resources Building, 5th Floor, 1111 Washington Street SE, Olympia. No public input will be accepted during the call.
