COUGAR PILOT PROGRAM REGULATIONS – RULE ACTION: Stream MP3 Audio | Download MP3 File [11.0MB] The Commission will consider adoption of permanent amendments to WAC 232-28-285, 2010 Pilot cougar hunting seasons with the aid of dogs, which would implement legislation (ESHB 2438, 2009 Legislature) extending the pilot for three years in the same five counties. The proposed amendments also include the addition of the one county that requested inclusion in the program. The Commission will consider adoption of permanent amendments at its August 21, 2009, meeting via conference call.
