FISH AND WILDLIFE COMMISSION
MEETING via CONFERENCE CALL*

WHAT:

A. NOVEMBER 6-7, 2009, COMMISSION MEETING PREPARATION – DISCUSSION:
Department staff and the Commission will discuss agenda items for its November 6-7, 2009, meeting in Olympia, including status updates on the swan reserve boundary issue, marine reserve area proposals, and topics for the Commission’s annual meeting with Governor Gregoire.

B. COMMISSION OUTREACH TO LEGISLATORS:
Department staff and Commissioners will discuss ideas for improving communications between the Commission and the Legislature.

C. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
Available Commissioners and Department staff will discuss recent activities and items of interest, including possible alternatives to proposed dates for the 2010 Commission meeting calendar.

WHERE: The meeting takes place via telephone conference call and will be recorded. The public may listen to the discussion live via speakerphone in the Commission Office at the Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural Resources Building, 5th floor, 1111 Washington Street SE, Olympia. No public input will be accepted during the call.
