A. PETITIONS TO AMEND FALCONRY REGULATIONS – DECISION:

The Commission will address petitions for rulemaking received from a citizen pursuant to RCW 34.05.330 (Petition to Adopt, Amend or Repeal Rules) and related to falconry regulations: WAC 232-30-151, WAC 232-30-152, WAC 232-30-153, WAC 232-30-510; and WAC 232-12-064. The Commission will consider whether to commence the rule making process for possible amendments to the existing WAC regulations, which were adopted by the Commission at its August 6-7, 2010, meeting in Olympia.

B. PROPOSED HOUSEKEEPING AMENDMENTS**– RULE BRIEFING, PUBLIC HEARING & RULE ACTION:

Department staff will brief the Commission on proposed amendments to the wildlife interaction regulations to correct a reference to a nonexistent subsection of that same rule and repeal rules made obsolete by the new rules adopted by the Commission at its April 9-10, 2010, Commission meeting in Leavenworth. (Chapter 232-36 WAC**)
AMENDMENTS:
- WAC 232-36-051, Killing wildlife causing private property damage
REPEALERS:
- WAC 232-12-086, Director or his designee is empowered to issue nuisance wildlife control operator certification to control nuisance or problem wildlife; and
- WAC 232-12-423, Public hunting defined and access contracts

Public input will only be accepted during the public hearing for item B.
