Chair Wecker called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m.
A.
PROPOSED LAND TRANSACTION – DECISION:
Dan Budd presented for approval a land transaction postponed from the August 6-7, 2010, Commission meeting: Acquisition of approximately 2,699 acres in Okanogan County (Cutchie property). The Commission held a public hearing on the proposal during its August 6-7, 2010, meeting in Olympia.
Commissioner Smith moved, seconded by Commissioner Perry, to approve the proposed land transaction as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
B. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
Commissioners and Department staff discussed recent activities and items of interest, including:
- State budget forecast
- Department operating/capital budget status
- Natural resource agency sub-cabinet update
Commissioner Mahnken adjourned the meeting at 9:17 a.m.
