A.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
This item was postponed from the January 7-8, 2011, Commission meeting in Olympia to this meeting via conference call.  The Commission will consider approval of meeting minutes from the following:

    • February 4-5-6, 2010, meeting
    • March 11, 2010, special meeting
    • March 19, 2010, conference call

B. COLUMBIA RIVER WHITE STURGEON MANAGEMENT POLICY - DECISION:
This item was postponed from the January 7-8, 2011, Commission meeting in Olympia to this meeting via conference call.  The Commission will consider adoption of proposed updates to its Policy C-3001, Lower Columbia Sturgeon Management for 2011. A public hearing on the proposed policy updates was held at the Fish and Wildlife Commission’s December 2-4, 2010, meeting in Olympia.

C. ELECTION OF COMMISSION CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR:
 Pursuant to RCW 77.04.060, the Commission will elect a chair and vice chair, each to serve a term of two years or until a successor is elected.

D.  GENERAL DISCUSSION:
 Commissioners and Department staff will discuss recent activities and items of interest, including potential agenda items for the February 4-5, 2011, meeting in Olympia.
