A. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES – DECISION: The Commission will consider approval of minutes from various meetings. This item was postponed from the March 4-5, 2011, meeting in Spokane to this meeting.

B. Buying/Selling Game – Rule Action: The Commission will consider adoption of permanent rule amendments to WAC 232-12-071, Buying or selling game unlawful–Game-farmed meat exception, which would specifically prohibit trafficking edible parts of wild game animals. The Commission held a public hearing on these proposals during its February 4-5, 2011, meeting in Olympia.
C. LEGISLATIVE UPDATE: Department staff will brief the Commission on the current status of legislation related to the conservation and management of fish and wildlife resources in Washington State.
D. SUMMARY OF COMMISSION REQUESTS: The Commission will review and discuss updates for the current list of Commission requests to the Department.
E. UPCOMING MEETING AGENDA: Commissioners and Department staff will discuss potential agenda items for the April 8-9, 2011, meeting in Olympia.

F. GENERAL DISCUSSION: Commissioners and Department staff will discuss recent activities and items of interest.
This meeting will take place via telephone conference call. The public may listen to the discussion via speakerphone by coming to the Commission Office, located at the Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural Resources Building, 5th floor, 1111 Washington Street SE, Olympia. No public input will be accepted during the call.
