A. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES – DECISION: The Commission will consider approval of minutes from various meetings. This item was postponed from the March 4-5, 2011, meeting in Spokane to this meeting.

B. Buying/Selling Game – Rule Action: The Commission will consider adoption of permanent rule amendments to WAC 232-12-071, Buying or selling game unlawful–Game-farmed meat exception, which would specifically prohibit trafficking edible parts of wild game animals. The Commission held a public hearing on these proposals during its February 4-5, 2011, meeting in Olympia.

C. LEGISLATIVE UPDATE: Department staff will brief the Commission on the current status of legislation related to the conservation and management of fish and wildlife resources in Washington State.
