Following a briefing by Fish Program staff, the Commission will consider a petition for amendments to WAC 220-56-500, Game Fish Seasons and WAC 232-28-619, Seasons and Limits. The petitioner, Sam Martin, Mayor of Conconully, requests that the Commission commence the rule making process for potential changes to the April opening date for lowland lakes. (Craig Burley)
