Vice Chair Douvia called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m.
A. Minutes for Approval - Decision:
The Commission will consider approval of the following meeting minutes:
- August 19, 2011
- March 2, 2012
- March 9-10, 2012
- March 16, 2012
Chair Wecker moved, seconded by Commissioner Schmitten to approve the minutes from August 19, 2011; March 2, 2012; March 9-10, 2012 & March 16, 2012, as presented. The motion carried unanimously. (Commissioner Jennings was absent for the discussion and vote on the item.)
B. Agency WAC Technical Overhaul - Briefing
Joanna Eide, Administrative Regulations Analyst, Enforcement Program, provided the Commission with an overview of the technical expedited rule-making proposal that was filed on January 18, 2012, as part of the WAC overhaul project.
