Report Drought Observations
WDFW is interested in learning about distressed fish or wildlife, or blocked habitat resulting from drought conditions.
Human-made rock dams are especially damaging to fish migration when stream flows are low. Warm water temperatures can also
harm fish. If fish are congregated and appear unable to move out of an area because of physical or temperature blockage
please report this to WDFW. Please record your observations with the location of the observation, a description, the date
and time, and your name and contact information (optional). Each form submitted will be referred to the appropriate WDFW
staff person for action.
IF YOU ARE REPORTING POACHING (illegal fishing) IN PROGRESS or emergency dangerous wildlife situations, dial 911.
For non-emergency poaching or dangerous wildlife reports or tips, report online at WILDCOMM,
dial 1-877-933-9847, email to firstname.lastname@example.org or text a tip by typing
WDFWTIP and then your report in the body of the message and sending to 847411 (TIP411).
You can provide any photos or videos you have taken at the bottom of this form.
