If you are willing to accept this permit, you must notify the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Enforcement Program, Attn: Sean Carrell, 600 Capitol Way North, Olympia, WA 98501-1091 at (360) 902-2926, or by e-mail Sean.Carrell@dfw.wa.gov no later than November 13, 2009. Failure to contact WDFW, or refusal to accept this permit, will result in forfeiture of the permit and reassignment of the permit to another applicant. Your name would be returned to the participant list for possible later selections. |
