A Compact met today and took the following action:

AUGUST 12-13 COMMERCIAL FISHERY RESCINDED

The non-Indian commercial fishing scheduled for 7 PM August 12 through 7 AM August 13, 2008 has been RESCINDED. This fishery will not occur as previously scheduled



FUTURE MEETINGS


A Compact (via telephone) is scheduled for 3:30 PM Wednesday, August 13 to consider treaty Indian commercial fishing periods and update and/or consider additional non-Indian commercial fisheries.
