The following Columbia River Seasons were set:
| TREATY INDIAN COMMERCIAL FISHERIES | |

| DATES: | 6AM Tuesday, October 3 to 6PM Friday, October 6 (3.5 days) |
| AREA: | All of Zone 6. |
| SANCTUARIES: | All standard river mouth and dam sanctuaries, including the standard Spring Creek Hatchery sanctuary. |
| GEAR: | 8" minimum mesh size restriction. |
| ALLOWABLE SALES: | Chinook, coho, steelhead, walleye, carp, and shad may be sold or retained for subsistence. Sockeye may not be sold but may be retained for subsistence. Sturgeon may not be sold. Sturgeon between 4-5 feet in length in The Dalles and John Day pools may be retained for subsistence. Sturgeon between 45-60 inches in the Bonneville pool may also be retained for subsistence. |
| MISCELLANEOUS RULES: |
Sale of platform and hook and line caught fish remains in effect.
Fish caught during Yakima Nation's scheduled open tributary fishing periods in the Klickitat, White Salmon rivers and Drano Lake may be sold when the sale of platform and hook-and-line fish is allowed. The Drano Lake fishery will take place between 9PM Tuesdays through noon Wednesdays during Oct 3-25, 2006. Quick Reporting Rules will be in effect for Washington buyers. WAC 220-69-240
