Culture Conference

December 2 – 4, 2008
The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife was pleased to host the 59th Annual Northwest Fish Culture Conference.
Conference statistics Include:
- 322 general registrants
- 19 vendor booths & displays
- 42 participants presented talks ranging from ling cod culture to hatchery renovations
- Ten poster displays were presented
- Scholarship awards were presented to Bellingham Technical College and Mt. Hood Community College. Each college received $2,000.00
- The 2009 NWFCC will be hosted by the California Department of Fish and Game
