2004 Catchable Trout Plants
These are tentative numbers and subject to change
All trout are rainbow unless noted otherwise. Brown trout are noted as "Browns." Most catchable sized trout are about 1/3 pound each. Smaller 1/4 pound fish are stocked in September and October. Larger "jumbo" & "triploid" trout are also stocked. Jumbo - rainbow trout are approximately 1 lb. each (1/2 lb at Elton Pd - North). Triploid - sterile rainbow trout approximately 1.5 lb. each. Brood stock rainbow trout (3-10 lbs each) are not normally available until winter. Additional information will be posted at that time.
