Action: Open Kalama River for hatchery coho
salmon
Effective date: Oct. 21, 2005
Species affected: Coho salmon
Location: From boundary markers at the
river?s mouth to 1,000 feet below the fishway at the upper salmon hatchery
Reasons for action: Hatchery is expected to
collect enough coho salmon to meet production needs.
Other information: Release all wild coho
salmon.
