HARVEST PROFILE: Not much is known about clam populations on this beach. A survey conducted in 1990 indicates the presence of native littleneck clams and butter clams.

DIRECTIONS TO SITE: Foulweather Bluff (DNR-64) is boat access only. There is no upland access (Map). The beach is about 0.65 miles from boundary to boundary. The boundaries are not marked. The best landmark for this beach is the northeastern point of Foulweather Bluff. The northeastern point is about 270 yards north of the eastern boundary and 970 yards east of the western boundary. It is recommended that harvesters stay well within these boundaries to avoid trespassing. Approximate GPS coordinates of the northeastern point of Foulweather Bluff are: 47.940º N, 122.604º W. Nearest boat ramps: Mats Mats Bay ramp (located two miles north of Port Ludlow near the town of Mats Mats) is about four nautical miles by boat from Foulweather Bluff. Salsbury County Park ramp (located one mile west of Port Gamble on Wheeler Street) is approximately 5.8 miles from Foulweather Bluff by boat.

FACILITIES: None. There are restrooms at Salsbury County Park and a vault toilet at Mats Mats Bay ramp. There are facilities for boaters at Port Ludlow Marina.
