Tract Description:
The South Anderson Island tract is located on the southerly side of Anderson Island in the South Sound Region. The tract is bounded by a line projected from a point on the -18 ft (MLLW) water depth contour at Latitude 47° 09.036' N. latitude, 122° 44.465' W. longitude southeasterly along the -18 ft (MLLW) water depth contour to a point at 47° 07.602' N. latitude, 122° 42.502' W. longitude, then southwesterly to a point on the -70' (MLLW) water depth contour at 47° 07.540' N latitude, 122° 42.619' W. longitude, then northwesterly along the -70' (MLLW) contour to a point at 47° 08.984' N. latitude, 122° 44.547' W. longitude, then northeasterly to the point of origin.
