Operators of all
commercial salmon fishing gear types fishing in Puget Sound are encouraged
to attend a public hearing scheduled for June 24, 2008 held in accordance
with RCW 35.05.325, for oral testimony to be taken on the pre-season
schedule and regulations negotiated out of the 2008 North of Falcon
process.
The Hearing will
be held in Room 172, in the Natural Resources Building in Olympia, which
is located at 1111 Washington St, SE, Olympia, Washington on the 1st
floor, from 1:30 until 4:30 pm on Tuesday June 24, 2008. In case you
are unable to or do not wish to attend the public hearing you may submit

Sound marine and freshwater areas are closed to all-citizen commercial
salmon fishing until further notice.
