Reasons not recommended for further consideration
PORTER, DAVID September 20, 2012
Idaho allows 2 poles regardless of species, if the 2 pole permit is purchased. Why can they do it for salmon and Washington cannot?
OSBORN, BILL September 20, 2012
Time to adopt this change. Allow those that choose to purchase the "extra rod" endorsement a better chance to catch thier daily limit.
Additional funds can be used for fishery needs in Washington State.

i like this proposal
i think it is a good way for the state to make some money
with out impacting the fish.
there are already limits on how many fish you can keep so it would not have a big impact on how many fish would be caught

no,reason is ,in plunking ares that are popular there is already crowding, this would make it worse with folks trying to take over more space with two poles, not a good deal,in boats it would be bad also ,as people would be using planers which would crowd others out of productive zones, thanks stu ennis
