New Rule Proposal:
I think there should a bag limit of only 2 rainbow trout kept over 18 inches in Duck lake. I noticed that a lot people are taking limits of large trout over 18 inches every day after the lake is planted.
Why the change is needed:
I think with the rule of harvesting only 2 trout over 18 inches it would allow a better chance for adults and kids to catch a large trout before the lake is fished out. Thank You
