Rule to Change: Trout- Year Round- Catch and Release except up to 2 hatchery Steelhead
New Rule Proposal: Trout,Dolly Varden/Bull Trout- Year Round- Catch and Release except up to 2 hatchery Steelhead.
For clarification purposes
Why the change is needed: There has been some misunderstanding if it is legal to catch and release Dolly Varden in marine waters. They are often caught while fishing for other species. DV should have the same regulations as Coastal Cutthroats in the marine waters.
