Rule to Change: NORTH SILVER LAKE (Spokane Co.) ALL SPECIES – selective gear rules. Internal combustion motors prohibited.
TROUT Mar. 1-Sept. 30 Min. size 14”. Daily limit 2. Release TROUT with clipped adipose fin.
Other Game Fish Mar. 1-Sept. 30 Statewide min. size/daily limit.
All Game Fish Nov. 1-Dec. 31 Catch-and-release.
New Rule Proposal: Remove NORTH SILVER LAKE from Special Rules section and manage under Statewide Rules.
Why the change is needed: This rule change will result in increased fishing and harvest opportunity for warmwater fish. This lake is no longer being managed as a quality trout water, so restrictive regulations are unnecessary.

All are in support of this rule change. All agree that due to access issues and no longer managing this lake as a quality trout water, the change is warranted.
