New Rule Proposal: The current print outs are ridiculous and bulky. You can't write on the them without smearing ink. Make licenses in a booklet similar to a passport. Easier to maintain for the sportsman.

Using passport paper would increase the cost of making the pamphlet. We are working on other options to improve the pamphlet, for example soon we hope to provide an online searchable database for pamphlet information. Please also note that the full pamphlet is available online as an adobe acrobat file.
